Eclipse Ford 10 Year Mechanical Protection Plan

The Eclipse Club Protect 10 Year Mechanical Protection Plan reflects the Manufacturer’s warranty in the replacement of faulty parts up to $2000 per claim. (Unlimited claims)

Naturally; normal maintenance or “Fair Wear and Tear” items including exhausts, tyres etc. are not covered.

The Eclipse Club Warranty:

  • STARTS at the expiry of the Manufacturer’s 5 Years Warranty
  • PROVIDES a combined Mechanical Protection of up to 10 Years or up to 250,000 klms. (Whichever comes first)

Your only obligations are to:

  • Ensure that all full book services are carried out as per Manufacturers schedule. (Including periodical key component items such as Timing Belt etc)
  • Ensure that all scheduled services are all carried out at Eclipse Ford at the customer’s expense

The "Eclipse Local Price Promise"

At Eclipse Ford we fully understand that everybody wants to be confident that they are “getting a good deal”. However, we are passionate about keeping business local and so in 1999 we decided to issue the “Eclipse Ford Local Price Promise” to Retail and Small Business customers as follows:

“If we can’t match any other offer on an identical brand new Ford...
...we’ll pay you $2000!”

Like all businesses, we need to retain some margin but we will forego that (And more) IF WE HAVE TO.

If you are a Ballarat local, all we ask is that you tell us IF you get a better offer.

We will NEVER apply pressure but we will share with you the experience of doing the right thing by our community. (Since 1999 we have only failed 3 times!)
