The customer support team at Eclipse (esp. Mandy) are excellent. I recently had a fault with my car. Mandy provided great advice on next steps, recommended I use RACV towing to deliver them the car and provided a loan to keep me moving at work.

That level of support is exactly what i expect from a large company (Ford) and am impressed to see it come from Eclipse. My experience with Ford and eclipse with this warranty repair and claim has been fantastic. It is the kind of thing that would bring me back to Eclipse for other cars and to remain with Ford having purchased one for the first time.

O other occasions, Eclipse has provided loan cars, WIFI, coffee and somewhere to work whilst my car gets serviced. These too are the little things that will keep me coming back.

She was fantastic

We would particularly like to thank Mandy. She was fantastic in arranging a loan car which enabled us to tow our caravan to Daylesford to continue our holiday while our car was being repaired. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is an asset to your business. As we were traveling from Adelaide the car problem could have ruined our holiday but thanks to Mandy we still enjoyed our trip despite not having our car for 4 days. We were very impressed with all of the service staff we dealt with. Thanks again.

Wish all companies had staff like those in the Service Department and Reception at Eclipse

I have a Ford dealership closer to my home than Eclipse Ford, but the customer service I receive from the Service Department & the ladies on reception is great. They don't try and upsell things I don't need & they are lovely to deal with. It's these people that are what keep me coming back. I even get a nice hot chocolate each time I go! I am a Training Manager from a large multinational company & wish all companies had staff like those in the Service Department and Reception at Eclipse.

My service experience was fantastic

Hello to all, my service experience was fantastic. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful they kept me up to date with what was happening and being done through the hole time from start to finish. Ii waited at the dealership while my ranger was being serviced which was no problem they advised me of the time it would take and where very accommodating. I find Eclipse ford a great dealership and very willing to look after its customers thank you

Take a page from the Eclipse Ford Excellent Customer Service Book

Trevor being workshop manager and Mandy who coordinates the bookings are absolutely excellent, they make me feel as if I am the only customer for the day. When I enter Eclipse Ford I am made to feel as if I am part of the family, the friendly excellent customer service is entrenched as part of the ambiance of Eclipse Ford for staff and customers alike.
