All very satisfactory to me

The staff are all very professional and helpful, explaining what is happening and where to go next. The loan vehicle is a huge plus for me as I do not live locally. The cost of the service is explained prior to my leaving the vehicle. the vehicle was ready at the time given and I was phoned to let me know the tyres needed rotating. All very satisfactory to me.

Eclipse Ford were diligent in following up a query on work I asked for in relation to whether it was warranty work on my vehicle, when I supplied requested paperwork Eclipse Ford went ahead with the work keeping me informed as to the time required to complete it.
